Traveling east on I90 there is not a lot to do. When the Wall Drug signs came up (again and again) we were almost ready for a stop, and couldn't really say when we would be by this way again.
It's obviously got a lot more history, but it wouldn't surprise me if the Buc-ees folks had taken a page or two from Wall. It's certainly an amusing roadside place to stop for a while. I can't imagine getting out of there with much cash left if visiting with kids.
When passing through Mitchell we figured we'd keep our tourist cred going and stop at the Corn Palace. I'm not sure what we were expecting, but hmmm. It certainly is the world's only.
We made it to Minneapolis. which I wanted Heather to see more of. I was kind of taken with the area, but I doubt we could survive a winter there. Since it was late we had dinner at a bar that still had the kitchen open, just off the St. Paul's square.
